I'M BACK!(:KOREA WAS FUN! Everything there was soooo super beautiful, the scenery the food the stuff there. Although it was like living in a freezer for one week :S
But the shopping there basically sucked.
Don't get me wrong, the things there are really pretty, and even though half of the stuff there (esp. accesories!) you can get it over here, the rest were pretty unique and preeeetaaay. But the things there are SUPER ex. Accesories cost an average of, a freaking 30bucks. Insane or what. Plus the shopkeepers there have a BIIIG attitude problem towards tourists. Like, if you see something in their shop and you don't buy it, they frown at you and, in one case, even chase you out. Crazy.
And they don't serve you a second time, as in, say you like this jacket in this particular shop, then you tell the shopkeeper you'll come back later, she'll give you the what-the-hell-do-you-take-me-for face. Because normally you'll look around first if there are better stuff else where right? So okay if you do come back again, they plainly REFUSE to serve you. They treat you as tou ming, transparent. I became super pissed with them.
But some are not like that. Some are really nice, they help you try on the clothes (over your own clothes, because there are no fitting rooms!) and even help you adjust it here and there. So nice.
